Sapphire wrist is specifically for gene fairy leaf is more universal

Celine Brooch is interesting. It semi makes sense for it to be great, but at the same time certain classes will still find other headgears better.

 

Though I defo think it's BiS for Sorc, I wanna get my hands on a brooch to test the Auto Casting aspect :U

Well can't helped it it's like HBP on shield slot.
And Celine brooch is indeed OP act wonder if it stack if you use 2x? Does it mean 100% fixed?

Set Bonuses don't stack only apply once.

Rosary's Necklace + Croce Staff + Clergy Nurse Cap = A really good healing set. Includes healing power and Perfect Dodge.

Overall it's an interesting box, the only sad part is the guys trying to overprice Celine's Brooch in Eden, I hope no one pays more than 500m for it :X

 

It's good, but by no means is it best in slot for anything other than Sorcerer.
