The Celine Brooch status increase only works with one pair of Celine Brooch and Ribbon. If you wear 2 Celine Brooches, the second set of Status increase is not there on the Status Board.
Are you sure you can get 80% Boss damage when you wear 2 Celine Brooch? Thanks.

They alreafy fixed it.
I just test the status. did not found a boss to test yet.
the status are not on the status board with the second Celine Brooch.. SAD.

tested with
1x , 2x Celine's Brooch w/ +9 Celine's Ribbon
Matk 5% = Stack
Boss damage = Not stack , apply only one
All stat bonus = Not stack , apply only one
ASPD +1 = Stack
50% Fix cast time reduction = Not stack
(you don't need Scrament from AB anymore , feel like you always have permanent Scrament with Celine combo)
I tested it again on Bijou I think
boss damage nerfed now but clean Celine's Brooch still more powerful than Psychic Magic Intensifier Ring
(50% damage ?)

Currently, with no Elvira, no Lichtern Card (actually, blue Lichtern) it deals a slightly higher damage than with RWC/+10 Bio5 Hat [Yellow Lichtner]. This item is kinda ridiculous.

Is that Bio hat with magic essence 5?
For SE, Bio 5 is way more powerful than celine combo. Tested on Fenrir a while ago and the difference was around 200k per hit or so. +13 Non carded Bio 5 hat & +13 Celine Spell 6 hat that is.

I remember your numbers, but:
1) Were you using the same accessories, swapping only the hat?
2) If not, was your Celine Brooch carded with Elvira?
And no, my Bio5 hat isn't enchanted yet. I know it will be more powerful later, but for now it isn't. And it makes killing some monsters with Water Ball faster than with Soul Expansion.

1) On 1st try: +13 Bio Hat w/Magic Essence lv 5 + RWC Elvira
On 2nd try: +13 Celine Hat w/Spell 6 + Celine Brooch
2) Celine Brooch has no card in it yet.
Maybe because the bio hat is over +12, I got an extra 5% SE damage bonus?
I can test it again just to verify I guess but I do remember that Bio hat is way superior than Celine combo ONLY for SE.

+13 (+13% MATK, vs +10% from mine, also 5% SE damage) and ME5 (another +15% MATK), of course it's better. 
But if your Brooch is carded with Elvira, that difference will decrease. That was my point.

Don't forget the additional -0.5s fct from Magic Essence lvl 5.
Those can be (situational) extremely helpful, even if the damage per spell ends up being lower.

Yes, depending on other factors, e.g. CL spam with double (or even single?) Kiel, though I think it won't surpass the same Kiel on a Celine Combo (also, Celine's Ribbon is not account bound, but whatever). I loved the usage of this combo for Bakonawa. I'll even make a Celine's Ribbon of Wind, but I don't know if I'll buy another brooch for Elvira...
