What is the bes/cheapest way of buying WPE(not buying wpe thru zeny)?it seems that buying wpe to loadcentral has mostly 1:1 ratio of php to wpe. Any suggestions thank you

500 wpe = 500 kp unless there is a conversion bonus and that 500 kp will become 550-600kp(just an estimation)

1000-2499 WPE = 1100 KP. 10% bonus coz of denomination. this increases when you convert bigger amount of WP

PayEasy is the cheapest for Philippine players as stated above. 650 php = 13 dollars for 1500 WPE. you save 2 dollars.

1. you log on to your warpportal account.

2.click POWERUP. then click Add Warpportal energy. 

3. there are lots of choices there. Click PayEasy 

4. choose denomination

5. follow instructions.
