I noticed that some of my character slots have 1/4 for example it says there and the one is in red what does that mean but it doesnt have it for all of the character slots. Thanks.

Where do you see this number? In the middle of the char select screen, just below the middle char?

I see a red (1, 2, or 3)/3 depending on what screen of char select i'm at. The 4 instead of 3 is strange, maybe a valk thing for the upcoming tiered account update.
