i have a couple accounts i cant seem to get into. when i log onto my wp account and try to add them i can see them there but the password isnt working. i tried password retrieval and was able to get my main account but i am unable to get the other 2.

Hello there and welcome to the forums! Just to be safe, please don't post your account names. If you send us a ticket through the support section of the website, we can help with manually add accounts to your WarpPortal account.

Be aware that all passwords got reset in october - if you havn't used the accounts since then, you will need to do a PW recovery (and if you don't have the email, or you used a birthdate that you don't remember, you'll have to contact support)
