Account Verification Issues

I started playing Ragnarok re:start and created a WarpPortal account for that purpose.

I then tried to purchase WarpPortal energy, but was denied with a pending account verification, which was supposed to take up to 24 hours. Ok so far, I can live with that.

A day later I get a mail that my account verification failed:

 

"Greetings WarpPortal Citizen,
We thank you for your interest in purchasing WarpPortal energy from our website.
We have reviewed your WarpPortal account information and we have detected some possible issues. We are refunding your payment and the WarpPortal energy will not be credited.
If you feel this is in error we ask that you please submit a ticket to the WarpPortal payment team via the support page(http://support.warpportal.com) to resolve these issues for future purchases."

 

First of all this mail does not include a single detail about the issue. Second it doesn't even say there is an issue, only that there is thomthing that possibly could be an issue? What exactly is that supposed to mean? Would be great to get some information if you try to fix something. *getting a bit annoyed by now*

 

Ok so I write a ticket (a week ago) asking what these issues are and how to fix them, but till today no answer.

All in all this doesn't seem to be the best marketing technique. I mean im trying to give spend money, but I cant, and I don't even get a respone on what thise "possible issues" are.

Really not a great start.

I've received exactly the same issue for another account that I have and have given up on it, but I'm glad that someone is going through with this to see what is going on, so It would be great if you could give an update on this here, please.

This happened before Go Cash and Credit Card issue surfaced.

I just got an answer to my ticket (after Cinnamon poking around I guess, but could also be coincidence) and the verification has now been completed.

Although I still don't know what went wrong.

The mail said:

"Greetings,


It appears there was a prior restriction placed upon this account, that restriction has since cleared and your account is now able to make purchases as normal with all purchase options available in your local region. If there are any questions or concerns, please let us know and we will be glad to assist.


Thank you and happy gaming!"

Having exactly the same problem, tough this post is nearly amonth ago. Wanted to Power Up and get VIP with my friends. Their account got confirmed, mine has issues. Altough every data there is correct ( what is even checked there..). Support does not answer on tickets, close to quitting the game. Never had some Verification stuff when wanting to buy something, PayPal is safe anyway...

Note that currently there are issues concerning selective payment options, the staff are working actively to get the issues resolved.

I got the same issue, I can not  believe that there's company does not like there players to pay them money!!!

This. Never had someone review an account before buying something. Don't know how much sense that even makes and what they are "checking" when there is no data stored in the account ( only birth date which can be literally anything ). The only payment opportunity left without verification is this Xsolla ive never heard of before. Surely won't use it after i read the reviews about the site on the web.

 

Still no response to my ticket btw. Fantastic experience ive never had before.

This is a security measure, as far as I know to make sure the account is genuine.

 

Blitzeloh, your ticket is still pending in the payment queue. Payment issues are only handled during office hours of week days.

On Monday I will send another follow up. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's an honorable reason, but the thing is, that you don't even have to enter any billing information when triing to purchase something ( with paypal at least ). There is literally nothing to check as nothing was entered.
