As you can see there is no animation preventing me from reusing the skill. Acid bomb loses any animation delay when cast instantly. But you are still limited by skill delay.

I think any skill is no animation if it is insta cast, even increase agi or kyrie have no animation when insta cast

Only certain skills. For example CC and DB still have animation. And Aspd is still a limiting factor since animation delay and Aspd delay are 2 completely separate things.
Aspd delay begins at the start of a skill cast and ends after a certain amount of time that is based on Aspd has passed. This is why nodelay allows for skills to be spammed 'faster' than Aspd allows for, because people don't account for Aspd delay counting down during the cast bar.
Animation delay begins at the end of a skill cast instead. Certain skills base this delay on Aspd but most have a fixed duration. Though if the skill is AoE and hits something offscreen, then it will switch from fixed duration to Aspd based as demonstrated in the following video by renouille.

^ how much Ping he got? i tried with 193 aspd and 100% aftercast delay strings, but i still spam slowly even with macro lol

Zayaan you should make a guide on how all these things work. Also thanks to Renouille for posting and sharing the video prolly a lot of people know about this but nobody shares .
