I started playing not long ago and i m interesting what the best classes for solo bosses and mvp? (or not solo)

Okay, I'll ask another. Which class is most effective against MWP, regardless of the budget? Just wondering which classes are currently strong and is there a "strongest".

Meh, everything is situational, the only solid is that Gene is the king.

with low or unlimited budget, for bossing alone,solo or not, nothing beats Gene.

I agree with Ashuckel. Gen class is truly the top tier for solo mvp or mvping in general. So on my top 5 list would be as follow:

1. Gen

2. Ruin knight

3. Doram

4. Sura

5. Warlock

I apologize for not putting any melee class on there, that's because I don't play any melee class at all =)

Frenzy is also crippling when doing solo play ^

If it was a CI dedicated GX it would have better odds tbh

only a handful people can get LK AND Thanatos, lol ... so just mentioning its strong doesnt mean practical nor achievable to anyone.

As a GX, if you use an LK card, almost every fight is as follows:

 

EDP

Hallu Walk

Engage Boss

Equip LK Headgear

Dark Claw

Make sure dark claw has landed

Frenzy

Left click

So if you for example are versing a Genetic against say... Valkyrie Randgris right?

 

By the time you have Dark Claw going, the Gene would have killed it.

 

And let's not forget the other bonus of LK, you can't get rid of Frenzy without... Logging out, switching map servers, or assistance from Dispell or Clearance. You can die and token however.

Valk is one instance doe, if a LK + thana GX and a gene finds Kiel at same time GX will melt kiel or a FBH.

 

Also as a GX i think first thing you do is EDP--> Buffs---> DC click on MVP and then frenzy also thx to mob scarf u don't have to equip/unequip LK gear. I don't know why you not have LK equipped if you are going MVP. Also if a gene is comping against you, he will help you clear MVP mob with CC so much easier to DC.

still a good 25k HP most MVPs wont kill a GX so no problem and you only take a few secs to frenzy. Very few MVPs like Valk, Ifrit and Bee i could think of will be quite hard for GX.

from my experience, Bio3 SinX's can SD you around 25-35k with DR on, and Prof Celia's bolt can do more than that since i have to default DR (if i dont use DR, that Flamel will either Acid Bomb or Acid Terror which can kill you!). whats worse, High Priest's Lex A followed by SinX's SD 

 

so thats why u cant just default LK from the start. ive experienced lots of death because of my own laziness to switch gear at the right time haha

By the time GX approach them, switch to LK and use DC, they will be half dead or perhaps dead. Dead for sure by the time you cast frenzy.

off topic; do u still need aspd if u are instacasting acid bomb?

As you can see there is no animation preventing me from reusing the skill. Acid bomb loses any animation delay when cast instantly. But you are still limited by skill delay.
