It's possible your ISP is having issues routing your traffic in a timely manner. Try running a tracert around the time of the disconnection and post the results here.
Open a command prompt window, and enter
tracert -d www.playragnarok.com
Run the command around the time the server is disconnecting you to see how the traffic is routed and what is causing the issue.
