Looking to level my 127 RK and I have 2B to spend. Any tips for gear? I'm new to this class.

2 Fairy Leaf Bullet (75M ea)
--------> can also use perfect FAW with Fairy Leaf+EA1EA2 Sarah Earrings. 5% lesser aftercast but slightly more range dmg and no need waste FAW.

 

Shadow: +9 Malicious Set(900M)

 

Total:
AFTERCAST DELAY:  67% (0.66delay, 3db per 2 sec) OR 77%(0.46delay, 2 DB per sec), depending on you use medical scrub or not
RANGE BOOST: 90%
SP Reduc: 37%
Free Slots: Headgear, both accessories, armour.

 

Total Cost: 4.5B/3.5B without mali shadow or so. Priority gears: Evil Dragon Armor, TGL, Fairy Leaf Bullet, FAW. Assuming you use crap for other slots while waiting to build up,

Any mid as filler. I suggest dark blinder for leveling as a LOT of monsters use blind.

+9 TGL EA (unchanged, i dont recommend wasting gold for high upgrade valk mace+scotum shield just for leveling unless you have a fixed string party to always play with, then i recommend a +9valk hammer(4AS) & +10 Scotum shield combo (shield must be +10).
Same shoes
Same Garment
Same accessories. (dont bother buying perfect urs seal just for this. +20% range dmg is a hell lot from fairy leafs combo)

It would be 57% after cast delay unless he added in 2x spirit king rings, and of course i guess that all depends on how much you value quicker cast over more damage. I personally think 10% after cast delay is much more valuable than 2x fairy but that's just my personal preference. I think a fairy+spirit king ring is the way to go for him. That would put him at 62% after cast delay reduction and he can still take advantage of the fairy stats. I personally think going for sarah's earring is only worth it if you're going to go for 10%, even getting 8% is a headache unless you're really lucky lol. 

 

Edit: I was super wrong on the function of Fairy, i was under the impression that it was cast time reduction. Follow their advises!

I’ve also tried one fair one skr but in my build the range modifier (7%) still beats out the 5vit. SKR is outcompeted for db rk now, stick them back to sorcerers, friends.

AFAIK Set Bonues only apply once. so 2 Fairy leaves is redundant.

Also:

 

1 Fairy Leaf = -5% skill delay
         + EA1 = -5% skill delay
         + EA2 = -5% skill delay

          Total = -15% skill delay

Wait, it's 5% after cast delay? i thought it was just cast time reduction, i could have sworn last time i read description. So you guys are sure it's 5% after cast delay then? if so, then that's really epic!

 

Edit: apparently it's -15% for one with bonuses and -20% with two. This is so amazing!

Yes. The second fairy by itself gives you anotehr 5% reduc and 7% range damage. Hardly anything beats it for its cost atm. It outdamages spirit king ring.

I'm not a pure db rk as my main is still crit RK, so i don't have a tengu set. enchant on my old rune circlet is acute 3 (for crit rk). You can easily get 400K over (maybe nearing 500K) with mettle enchant, 2AK cards instead of my AS (fully regret putting as decades ago) and tengu set.
