i finished 12 santa quests and got that medal, but it was in equipment slot of backpack

 

then i double click and equip it but the achievement didnt unlock..

 

however when i want to unequip it and right click it, it disapeared!!

 

can any one help me how to get it back?

Hi Johnson, do you remember the name of the item you used? It will help a lot more to have more info. I suspect it might have been a "title" item, so you might also want to check your titles list as well.
