Or Decrease Agi.

Good to know that Phreeoni wont work. I guess to actually kill Agi-up Bio 5, you need skills that ignore Flee or help from another folks. I was thinking of getting the Phreeoni to try on my VP/CS build.

celine brooch + esg will do wonders to those monsters with agi up then.
Adds a X% chance of casting Level 3 Quaqmire on the attacker when receiving a physical or magical attack.
does this applies even if you're out of range?
also, how does perfect hit differs from hit aside from the word perfect?

It works.
If you take a physical (aka short or long ranged skill (including basic/crit attack since they are skills)) or a magical attack, it immediately targets whatever caused the attack.

- clearance
- quagmire (it slows their movement temporarily but doesn't remove the buff)
- decrease agi (ditto, and in the case of bio5 cecil doesn't work anyway since she's a boss)

Cecil casts NPC_AGIUP which is different from acolytes' increase agi. NPC_AGIUP is not affected by:
- clearance
- quagmire (it slows their movement temporarily but doesn't remove the buff)
- decrease agi (ditto, and in the case of bio5 cecil doesn't work anyway since she's a boss)
Oh my...

Or Decrease Agi.
That, I can confirm that Clearance does NOT remove Cecil's Agi up

Quagmire doesnt removes the buff, but is basically double effective, since it reduces AGI directly, as the buffs doubles Flee, it will double the reduced amount too.

Did somebody just say that Chakri should penetrate Cecil in that moist biolab 5 room with his Godly Hammer?
