why are players complaining about the BONUS on the already VIP bonuses, i mean they warned you it would end for weeks.... i knew ahead of time, almost didnt care, still dont.

 

Nobody is complaining, everybody is asking for the VIP exp bonus to be changed permanently, because current bonus values are not making VIP something attractive enough.

IMO I would like to see vip bonus be 100%, but I also think they should make non-VIP be able to take both turn in's at the same time, they already are penalized in the exp quantity and not able to stack exp, so they should be allowed to take both at same time.

These event titles are only meant for RO2 right? or for us in RO as well?

 

Also is buckler gonna stays forever now?  :hmm: 

And +1 to perma VIP exp boost. I am sure it would encourage more peeps to VIP their accounts  :chomok02:

From what I remember non-VIP was allowed to grab both TI's when gramps was first out for a while, then they got rid of it around the same time they added the ability to reset timer or when they made VIP able to stack the exp.

Interesting, I dind't know that. These negative incentives for buying VIP are terrible to the game, imho.

now this is a good idea, make a 150-175 turn in for ONLY VIP and then add the bonus rates more often/permanent

The true Value of VIP is in the boards, not the bonus from EXP event. Being able to turn it all into base or job is huge if you want to level quickly. People pay for VIP mainly for that reason.

Of course there are benefits like drop rates, but for purely leveling, you want VIP for that turn in option.

Umm this... didn't they just add a bunch of new monsters from tomb of honor updates, I guess they are all lv.151+ aren't they?

They are, but having those in TI would make it as deserted as High Ti with KK, Eremes or Cecil in it.

Not to mention only well geared and organized people would get a crapton of exp out of it, while random griefers could wing/walk around making sure everyone they see dies to Max Pain.

 

Also that still does not make it enough 150+ mobs to have a good pool to draw from.

Spotlights only affect quests and garbage now, right? Not exp/drops or spawns?

 

 

No spotlight work just like they used to before, now we have added bonus of getting more exp from quests and etc. I don't have time to find and link camp's comment about it.

Got a question about how Spotlight is implemented.
 
WarpPortal makes post on the main page like this http://www.playragna...ist.aspx?page=2 where they noted wich monster is affected by spotlight.
 
My question is about the drop on each mob.
 
Does the spotlight affect the mob or the area instead? I mean, if Glastheim is on Spotlight, Raydric may increase the drop rate and exp. Does this apply to all Raydric? Even if they are outside GlastHeim? or this only affect the ones that are in GH.
 
This is because the amount of Abysmal Knight in GH are low, and if this apply to the mob, can we go farm to Geffenia?

MVP monsters are not affected by spotlights unless stated otherwise.

Nice suggestion,This is good for parties that can't go in bio4 due to incomplete party members(like a sorcerer for LP/Randel Killer and etc.) why not give them option for leveling.
