Sup guys, just wondering if is possible to solo bio5 with Mechanic, i want the howard card so is that what im looking for, 2 questions:

 

What element is Howard?

 

What are the gears that i'll have to use, as an Axe Mecha?

if anyone should be able to answer this question, i should be able to... except i know its foolish to go in there with an axe mech (for me) since i have other classes more viable to kill with, so i havent actually bothered bringing mine in there (especially since its a 2-handed axe mech and you really need a shield in there)

howard's element is water. you'd need wind to wreck him, but he earthquakes and uses lavaflow. there is both a cast bar and a visual AoE cell appearance for both skills.. but if you're using an axe mech then its going to be difficult to escape the aoe since you can't slide out of it like you could with a mado. without a shield, you'll likely die from one EQ.

another issue is that you can't teleport unless you use the fragments themselves as flywings. also, you can't always count on mechs being ever present and ready for you to just go in and kill them all without coming across other monsters first.

in short, i really do not recommend using an axe mech. mado could probably do well there if geared properly. if you have doubts though, you can always go test in sakray.

Possible to solo? Yes

- with a huge deficit in consummables, tokens and time wasted trying to kill other bio5 mobs.

Solo efficiently? Definitely No.

If you do try, best skill to use is high speed cart ram.

In my humble opinion.. I can solo there using a mado, I can kill most monsters there except the sorc, kath, rk but its not as fast as other classes.. but still.

 

 

im still finding my way to cast level 3 Arm Cannon. I'm trying to spam it wo a boss cards.(Kiel card) ty for reading.

With good equipment and supplies you can mostly dominate anything. It's not worth it tho. You'll probably end up using more supplies than gaining anything there

correct.. because getting parties is too hard for us, we have no choice but to go alone.. Token/Resurrection skill is useless.
