The Question is WHY THEY AREN'T GETTING BANNED?
IP BANNED.
We know u guys can IP BAN botters but y this spammer cant ip ban so once and for all every city will be SPAMMER FREE.

IP banning is not an effective resolution.

For now users are advised to config nospam2, which is rather and easier/faster solution to the spam.

Isn't there a way to implement this serverside so we don't have to bother doing it ourselves? Make it so their messages don't even show up in chat for anyone but them?

We found that when we release it as a patch the bots will configure their messages to get around the patched version of the no spam filter. They cannot experiment to get around your own configurations which is why it works. The GM team is continuing their normal purges of these bad users. https://i.imgur.com/rlVF3vS.png

I guess they're not smart enough to come to the forums and circumvent blocked words in the pre-configured nospam2 then? That's... Actually pretty embarrassing for them, lol.
