Hi after select my character the game going  to  load screen but have a problem:

exactly my problem, my god... first experience is immediately maintenance.. and after that game froze after select the first character i ever created..    i just wanna try the game
edit: i did reinstall and i can't get past and play the game.

Hello 7646150102235912217 and sZen,

I am sorry that you have encountered this trouble.

Since there’s no specific detail on the matter, I assume this is about the black/orange screen bug. There are only two things you can do to have the game working fine again:

1)      Re-install the game;

2)      Login from another device and move your character to another city (please avoid Morroc and Mt. Mjolnir Area);

If you do 2) you won’t need to reinstall the game, if you do 1) you won’t need to log in from another device.

Remember to never log out while in Morroc or Mt. Mjolnir Area since those two maps cause many troubles to players. This means that when you know you are going to log out, you should always move to other maps if you are in one of the two listed above.

Well after that i cant play, but  i try one more time but have same error :/

I have 3 character 1 in Prontera,Mt.Mjoll and other zone but i try  enter same error, i try again and say MtMjoll zone wtf.

I try  with everyone  but cant enter :/

Guys i fixed mine! ^^/

 

i just installed Video Card on my Comp and poof it worked.. dont know on laptops though...

to bad for laptop user i guess,  mine still crash after character select and loading screeen, before maintenance it's fine

Hello, It concerns me to let you guys know that the developers are operating this problem. So it's just time to you guys be able to log in normally, you guys can try using the minimum settings and during the loading screen wait about 1 minute.

done, ro2 blocked in my country. i used VPN ... im able to patching and enter the game without blackscreen or crashing
