Personally, I carry both Cylinder and +12 OMW in ET. I use Cylinder for floors 1-80 because they are quickly and easily killed mvps. OMW for 80+ and onwards for higher dps (this is where close to 530 dex*2+int is beneficial.)

An example of why I think OMW is superior is fighting against valk. (I don't own gtb/gloom yet.) Using foods with Cylinder, 50% of the time I'm not able to kill valk before EQ. With the same setup using +12 OMW, I can kill valk before EQ. (and we all know how annoying it is to kill mvps at the same time as you die without getting drops is.)

that why when she THQ you accept the defeat and stop CCing and let he kill you and then token and CC her. But if you have pyro you can kill valk ez before EQ even with CHB.
