AGI Builds are mostly for new/broke players and favor classes like Hunter/Rogue/SinX/Knight/Crusader/BS since you can save up on HP recovery items in the long run since you are CTRL+Clicking.
VIT is always needed up to some point but must be balanced with your AGI, heavily focused PvP/WoE builds invest a lot in VIT at the expense of their AGI or even STR in some cases.
One of my friends linked me the guide, while it is not too bad, the leveling areas require you to gear up on expensive armor cards like Bathory, Swordfish and Pasana. Ideally you could finalize your AGI around level 60ish while having DEX high enough to not have a bad hit rate and rush for Bowling Bash. Then while leveling your Job level to BB, you could invest your VIT to start mob-leveling with Bowling Bash, it a bit expensive [You either buy Strawberries/Grape Juice or WoE Boxes with Silvervine]
You should be alright if you don't go above 7x AGI, you are trading ASPD for Health since you are transition from Ctrl+clicking to gathering mobs and using your AoE Bowling Bash. You might want to Google "Bowling Bash Gutter Lines" to get a better idea on how the skill works
