Kids from all the major cities in Ragnarok Online have gone out intro the streets dressed as their favorite creatures and objects. Seeking Candy, Well Baked Cookies, and Candy Canes these children want to satisfy their sweet tooth.

    • Transformed into Random Monster look for 10 minutes. Teleport somewhere random on the map
    • Unfortunately wasn't working without the stat buffs that this effect comes with (RESTART isn't ready for that kind of buff).

Bug Report

• Npc still says "trick or treat" when it is not active for the user. Going to make it so that everyone can see all the trick or treaters.

can you make the speed pot dispell when entering a fort since that could potentially be really broken if a guild turns in the quest right before a recall then some people can run through a pre-cast with the buff lol.

I too did the steps (with and without admin priveleges)
