I'm still unsure 'bout those two.

 

Flamberge grants 30 extra atk but Haeddogum has +3 int.

Both are weapon level 3 so the refine level bonus is the same for both and both have 2 slots

Flamberge. GC is simply ATK+MATK, 3 int will give you just only 4~6 matk.

Dude, how is your GV Sader now? I leveled a GC sader and feel like GC is pretty much a failure, the damge is super dispointing.

You're right, i fully regret going Grand Cross, the damage is a joke compared to pre-renewal and Holy Cross.

What about making str 80 , int 80, vit 50 , this seems give good atk and matk,  the damage would be good, but he problem is without angeling card the kick back damge is so painful.

Currently i have a GC sader at level 71 and if i time it right i can kill an AK in 1 GC, it takes 4 hits and i need asperiso. My str is still low as i built my int and dex first, as this is what I was used to. I did keep vit very low at 19. currently i have 41 STR, 70 INT, 50 DEX, and 10 LUK, i was using bazerald but saw a +7 flamberg at a good price so i tried it out. even without cards it was doing about 300 more dmg a hit(to Raydric) over bazerald, adding 2 zipper bear cards for better range of use, and even without asp the dmg is much higher than bazerald, with asp i will take out ray in just 2 hits instead of 3, the difference is seriously crazy, about 1k dmg a hit over bazerald (again to Ray). I imagine with some more str i will get even more out of my weapon. I also use a+7 skull cap robo eyes, and a wildcat armor. currently 2 earring but looking to replace with rings.

Although I didn't play at RE:start but I played in ROPH which is a revo-classic settings as well and it is easier to scale up GC damage as STR over INT stats moreover using a high base weapon ATK like flamberge helps a lot. 

To be honest I was surprised at the mechanics of ATK calculation of renewal and to be exact my Grand Cross was benefited from it I was generating 10-15k GC splash damage and net of 30-45k soloed 3 splash GC to Osiris which is inferior to my experience at classic settings. The key here is Abysmal Knight card was working with GC as well as asperio, holy property of the weapon calculated within the ATK plus the holy property multiplier of GC.
