I have 100% cast reduction on my gear and 93+ 25 dex and i still dont insta cast the flame p.

 

does 19. Night scales with lvl or something?

 

oh i just notice that Celine Brooch combo  says reduce 50% of fixied Cast time.

Maybe thats te problem? i am kinda new to magic stuff so i duno

just up the 16th night skill to lvl 3 is enough.. this skill is critical fr both throwing and magic kagerou/ oboro...

make sure that skill is active before u cast the flame petal; then u can instant cast..

you prob just dont have 100%, or have been aflicted by slow cast or freezing.

Soon you will have access to Temporal Boots, and Temporal Dex Boots give -0.5 seconds of fixed cast time if you have 120 base DEX, which in most cases is a lot better than 50% reduced fixed casting.

well i hope so becouse i was looking for spell enchants for armor and boots and right now there is no boots wich i can use with spell, and armor i can only use is Golden ninja suit wich has no slot and the wrong stats for magic build.
