I have some question about FDA vs Flattery/Abusive Robe DEX

 

1. which one is better for CC

2. cc is now meta for this patch or Flattery STR for AB [Magic Essence Lv5 + TemDex]

FDA bonus is no different from an AK card. And as we know, atq% boosts only apply to your wATK and eATK. Ranged% will affect status attack, mastery attack, ammunition attack (cannonball), and in Acid Bomb case, the matk portion as well.

I prefer FDA but ya a +13 Flattery with Dex3 runes shud be lot better and the extra dex stats for instacast with OMW.

What about elemental armors? Does that mean you have to have multiple abusive/flattery robes?

yep i have multiple, that why i prefer FDA coz i dont have to RNG enchant each of them. I have 4 elemental FDAs

I haven't tried Flattery but since you guys were talking about these armors I made a uncarded +9 FDA. I popped about 40 bloody branches and overall I felt like the Bryn was better than the +9 FDA. The difference was noticeable to me at least. I get the benefit of making carded elemental armors. The less damage may be worth it for more defense. Are you saying the Flattery is better or worse lol? Should I invest?

Oh good God everyone. Why are we guestimating all this damage calculations? Just use Nirvana's Calc, it will solve this puzzle instantly.

im not lol. i use bryn all the time. i need to get rid of my accessories also but just waiting till I can get some cheaper sapphires.

Oh, it appears in your ROPD but it is not yours I see. I know it is a recurring meme but you can use Nirvana's calc to compare the damage and then make a decision based on how much elemental resistance you need. There are a few situations such as Ifrit where I need to wear my FAW DR to facetank, so Pasana card is a must.

I mostly do Bloody Branches so I duel client my max Sura. My Sura gear is in my sig. He can tank everything. He doesn't have GTB so I solo Bee, Ktul, and Valk on my Gen. The Bryn is mine lol. Its a Bearodactyl Bryn. That is my Genetics name.
