See at Ragial what ppls sell Elemental Daggers, but can i or can't get it right now?
Wiki say it can be buyed from NPC in Einbroch, but how i get, right now Einbroch closed.
And then where ppls take it from? OBB?

I too looked for this npc and couldnt find it. Maybe its put into the game in a later episode

NPC is not ingame yet, visited Einbroch tool shop and weapon shop, its empty...

Hello!
I asked, and this NPC is from a future update. The daggers you see people selling were most likely obtained through OBB/OPB
