Hello, I have a problem with 1 account. 

I came back since many years ago (2013) when I've been playing in Play@Park, I knew about the merge and I tried to log in with my account in the web site and there is it: "account registered 04/20/2013" But i have messages with friends that we started to play the game on 01/2013. I installed the game but when I use my id and password I dont see any character in my account. 

I made a new character to send friend request to my old characters because the name was taken, but I noticed the characters have the same level and class that I had when I leave the game years ago, so the characters are the same that I used. I supose there's a conflict in my accounts. because in Warpportal account ifno say the date I made 1 of my accounts. I remember I had 1 only, but even if I have 2, I used the same e-mail and I don't see the other account there in the game accounts. 

I have all the info, I sent ticket but no answer, howmany time takes to support answer me the tickets? I really want to play again Ragnarok online 2, but without my names or characters is not funny in the same way. I know and I saw my characters there. 

I hope you can answer here because in ticket still not answer :/

first thing first it's nice to see you returning to the game, you have been missing for a very long time and many things have changed since when you left!

I am sure you will like all the changes brought to the game by Warpportal.

Concerning your problem, you've already did what you had to: sending a ticket. That means that you now have to be a bit patient and wait for GMs to pick it up and guide you further to a resolution! 

 

You have waited 4 years, I am sure you will be able to wait a few more days!     

 

I am sure you will be able to retrieve your characters so hold on!

Thanks a lot for answer. I have all information to provide, even the password and e-mails that I used before. I hope I can retrive my account or character's names for play    many ppl know me for my characters names since 14 years playing ragnarok, this is very important to me 

I'll be patiente with this. Since this is warpportal im so enthusiastic to play.
