now, this quest wouldnt be terrible except for the whole stormy knight part. first, there seems to be only 1 spawn on the map. though he does seem to be instant spawn,
so far my experience has been. he is hard to find, and he has maybe a 5~10% drop rate for that sack, which i have not yet received. (killed more than 20 times)
while inside i have seen people do one of two things. either just wonder around searching for stormy knight, or wonder around killing everything and kill stormy knight when they find him.
in my opinion it is even more difficult to find him when there are only 1-2 people on the map than when there are 10-15 because you have to search the whole map to find him, instead of a tiny area where you think he may spawn (i have a lot of success in the top left area)
EDIT: the quest seems to be broken and killing the stormy knight does not give you credit for turn in, originally i thought he dropped an item, but it appears you only need to kill him.

drop rate seems to be around 20% for undelivered gifts. they can drop 3 at once (maybe 4). you cant use skills while in the instance, but a rogues autosteal will work. (doesnt seem to work on stormy knight though)
