Cant send any Virtual Gift Card, getting this Error , i bought the WPE today/yesterday with PayPal
got like 7k+ WPE

If I remember correctly direct payments will be counted towards "...previously made Warp Portal energy purchase", such as Credit Card. PayPal may not be treated as such.
In any case, please send a ticket to payment support department. In the ticket make sure to state the error message, and your full account details.
