Halloween is here and what would be Halloween without some "Trick or Treat!"?
Equip your Grim Reaper Costume on your character's IM page and visit the NPCs in Port of the Winds to get some free treats. The NPCs quests for the treats are available until.November, 1st at 23:59 Server Time for characters Level 40+.
Enjoy!
Please make sure you equip the Grim Reaper Costume on the IM page, Costume page does not work to complete the quests.

one feedback, the trick or treat quest at the mummy is bugged, there are 2 quests there and I can't receive both.

That is a glitch. The mummy itself does not have any Trick or Treat quest. The 2 you see are the ones from Hunter G. and Dony. If you have done these the ones for the mummy disappear as well.
NPC Andre and NPC William do not have any Trick or Treat quest themselves for technical reasons.

The trick or treat quest contains of 39 talk to NPC quests. Every single quest gives you useful items as reward (this includes event IM stuff).

Thats the event i asked for in patchnotes! 
I like it because you HAVE to farm (or buy :v) the set to get these things so you dont get it for free. thats fair for me. got the set and the items are usefull as well

I should mention that every character can get the rewards only once. It's not a repeatable or daily quest.

Is the full grim reaper set glow (aura-like ghostly thing) going to be displayed after the event ends or is it just due to some temporary buff that we see in the top left corner when the set is equipped?

some rewards are only the half of last year tho 
like 25 plasma (last year was 50)
but free rewards are still nice

It's the same effect the full Ragged Ghost Set has. We planned to keep it.
some rewards are only the half of last year tho
but free rewards are still nice
The plasma amount hasn't changed, but the amount of perfect hunches has been adjusted to reflect one complete run since we changed the amount of perfect hunches needed for one run.
