So, this is my charcter.. didn't realize that things have changed sense my crit knight was viable yearrs ago.. now, id rather not delete him and wouldn't mind paying a few dollars over a few weeks well i play my merch to reset his stats accordingly , so my questions to you is are spears and vit knights the way to go ? (i actually used to prefer pierce knights idk why i decided to go this way) what builds would you all suggest? also gear, what should i sell and keep? probably will keep mocking and snake hat for alts and until i can afford a raydric ect.. if anyone would be willing to post pics of there characters or shared some insight it'd be greatly appreciated!!   i also heard about a bb vit one handed build?? would probably prefer spears but if thats the way to go im willing to try that too

also is the snake hat mura an high luk redundant? i feel like it does more but idk.. lol sorry for all the questions, don't wanna keep leveling and regret it later.. also if selling a mura an dropping luck is a good idea, what sword/spear would u suggest?

most just go for the double attack instead of crits so they can utilize slots for elemental/racial card additional damage better. why do you feel that crit knights are no longer viable? is it because of your damage or do you feel that you're not criting enough?

oh no , i crit a ton damage seems great, i just haven't gotten to end game and thought people on the forum said it was no longer viable and if there was anything i could do to make him better id love to stay crit if it is still useful

Dex: 25+6
Int: 1+0
Luk: 55+4

this is the alternative iv'e come up with, any suggestions please let me know! I don't know much about the bonuses an such so im sure its nowhere near perfect but would this be better?

also gears i should focus on getting first? Just found out about the pantie undershirt combo, is that the way to go?

I will be honest, I'm not sure Crit Knights are viable.

 

You are getting so little Crit for all that Luk. And your Agi shouldn't be higher than 60.

 

After 60 Agi, the only thing it is really boosting, is your Flee Rate. Your Atk Spd is getting diminishing returns that is isn't worth going past that point.

 

Honestly in my opinion, you might just be better off moving your gear over to another character and starting over. It will take you several months (since I think the limit on that stat reset is 5 points per week) to get your build done.

 

You'd be better off with a build like this;

 

Str 80

Agi 60

Vit 80

Int 1

Dex 34

Luk 1

 

At level 99, you'd have 24 stat points left over to allocate as you want. But Crit isn't really that viable on Knights, since they tend to have much slower attack weapons.

Yeah, thats kinda what i had been reading,  think im done with knight anyways, getting boring.. iv'e had so many over the years i need a new main, trying merchant now (bs only class ive never had on iro)  and i think at lvl 53 hes doing a lot better than my knight at that lvl now that im learning all the new ways things work (he probably wont be new main, but gonna give him a go)

 

 

 Thanks for the help guys, sry for wasting your time with my decision I just don't want to grind to 99 and hate my character for not being the best he can be and think knight wouldn't satisfy me as much as others anyways...
