Hello again.

 

So due to this thread (https://forums.warpp...e/#entry2733775) I just noticed that there's an on-going bug about the new ancestor system. You can equip some IM items on the ancestor page.

 

Anyways, I think our staffs already discovered it. Why? Because a few people in my guild and I believe there are more people in this game also just got banned after last night's maintenance. Most of them are newbies and some even swore that they never touched Ancestor page. They got the answer from support team after sending tickets that they got banned because they were "abusing an exploit involving the Ancestor Item Page.". 

 

It was clearly the mistake of the developers to let this bug appear in the game. Well I'm not blaming because everyone does mistakes. But then in this case, banning people like that is just ridiculous. Didn't mention that this is totally a new system, many people and newbies don't even know what it is or what they should do with it yet and the explanation about this system in game is also poor. It mostly happened because they don't know about this system, they saw a new page with some equip slots so they tried to put items into it and it worked. If the developers hadn't done that mistake, it wouldn't have worked and those people wouldn't have been banned. So banning people like that is just way too far and ridiculous.

Players will only be banned for abusing a bug if they are found to be obviously and purposefully abusing it in ways that are not an intended part of the game system, creating an unfair advantage over other players. In addition, this bug should be fixed at this time. If there are any players who have been banned for bug abuse and wish to inquire regarding their account, they must send a ticket to the support team as per usual, as all account related issues of this kind do have to go through the GM Team. In some cases, an account may only be under investigation and they will need to write in about the matter for the chance at restoration.
