​Hi again.

 

There's an on-going bug right now that when you use the Soul Craft Extractor (the one in cash shop, 50 IM for 1) to remove a specific soul craft option, there's a chance that it will remove a different option and not the one you picked....

 

It happened 2 times to 2 of my friends already, and it just happened to shoes so far I heard. I didn't believe until I faced it today. It was a special grade hermes shoes with 10% ms and 1 agi soul craft option. I wanted to remove the 1 agi one so I can extract the 10% ms option but guess what    The 10% ms option is gone and now the shoes only has the 1 agi option left 

 

I don't ask you to recover my shoes since I know it's already impossible for such a request. But please just fix this annoying bug. We've had enough of suffering in game with bugs. People got banned because of bug. People lost valuable items because of bug. I believe everyone knows how costy a 10% ms opt for shoes lv1 is and how hard to get it.

 

And if you think I just misclick and deleted the 10% ms option by myself then I can tell you I've used this Extractor thingy many times more than how you ever imagined. And it never happened until now

Have you patched your client to the newest version?
Because this should already have been fixed.
 

a bug has been fixed  where Attack/Movementspeed are wrongly displayed in the SoulCraft Randomizer, Pet Option Randomizer and SoulCraft Extractor dialogs. This had also strange side-effects

I know what you are talking about though and I had a similar problem with shoes and I reported it already to the support last month. In my case I did not see the last soulcraft option at all.
 
But after the maint happening 11/01 the exact same shoe now shows all soulcraft options I'm finally able to access and see all soulcraft options just fine.
I will test to finally extract the evade rate from that shoe now (which is bugging me), just to be sure we are not facing another bug.

Edit:
I can confirm we are facing another problem. I extracted the evade rate option on my shoe which I was now finally able to pick just fine. Sadly after completing the extraction process my show now is missing the movement speed option and the evade rate option is still on it. Even though I'm 100% sure I picked the evade rate option to be removed.

I had another testing round with a different shoe, yes I'm that stupid.

However I have some more detailed information on the matter.

 

It seems to be the case you can extract all soulcraft options without any problems which are not directly below the movement speed option. I've tested to remove the first soulcraft option on the second shoe with the MS option being the third soulcraft option on it and it worked just fine. As planned it removed the first soulcraft option without touching the MS option at all. The second shoe now still has the movement speed option plus the remaining 2 soulcraft effects it had already before I used the extractor on it.

 

I'm not sure if extracting the soulcraft options directly above the movement speed option on the particular shoe does result in the same bug or not and to be honest I can't test it because I do not have any shoes with low movement speed left. In the case someone else is willing to test this, please do so and tell us.

Well I can be sure that I already updated the game   ​ it's been 3 days since that patch and I run my game from patcher.exe 

 

Anyway I just wanted you guys to fix this bug so no one will suffer with it again in the future.

 

10% ms option is costy and I already saw 2 of my friends raged the whole day because of this

Did this test with a cheap shoes. This is even worse than before the fix    before the fix it only happened sometimes and if it happens, we can notice it on the shoes if it's bugged then 1 option is empty. Now it's 100% like this and everytimes if someone does this, they will lose the option
