For JRO I know Kardui's ear that reduces Comet cooldown by 60 seconds max but this effect is disabled if there are either FBH or RM in your shoes.
And for KRO I know Spell Circuit that slightly increases neutral magical damage.

Devil Worshipper's Shoes also adds 10% neutral magic damage

they might as well just change the whole equation of the skill or changed it to holy property skill =-DDDDD
