I was the other day in Prontera and saw someone wearing a armor I had never seen before. I did some research but I couldn't find which amor was. I hope someone can help me out cause I want to use it in a transmorfication for my serenia armor.

If this is what I think it is, it's Priest's Ignatius set.

 

Which by itself means it's a hard to obtain set of gear.

Transmog does not care about the armor type restrictions anymore. Only Race is restricted.
ie. You can transmog the appearance of heavy armor onto cloth armor

And yeah it's probably Ignatius Priest armor which drops from the Bamboo Pandas in Forgotten Payon or off the bosses there.

You can buy it with Master points or blood points its Cazar Priest Master level 30 or Lv 80
