I have the same problem as Broadway. But NPC's are shown on my mini-map, and are not visible on my screen.

Make sure that you have your fate skill (Arua's Fate or Hebarn's Fate) in your unique skill tab and that you run up to the gate in Gates of Muris to get the NPC to spawn (if you are using a flying mount, dismount before running up as there is a bug with flying mounts not activating ground triggers correctly).

Are these repeatable quests?

I just came to Orlo, made the quest of the pyramids, and done the quest Domzorgistoj, and In need of supplies. But still, when i come in Gates of Muris, just in front of the gates, it says : "The Muris Gates are locked." where it should be a NPC that I have to kill... But still, no NPC in front of the doors, no Arua Interrogator, no Hebarn Interrogator. Don't understand what i messed up. And btw, i'm on Arua's side.

Hope I'll have an answer.

 

Are you level 200? If you're not 200 yet, you won't get a dialog with the npc.

They are not repeatable as far as I know.
