I never had this error before is there any fix because when im trying to join a channel i get this error i reinstal windows already and still got this error...

Don't start the game on a windows running on VMWare.
If your windows isn't running on VMWare you are probably using a non-legit windows copy copied from a version which is/was running using VMWare. Get a legit windows installation in this case.
