Well,
I put all items in storage, Weight 0, no costume, no wrag ... still cant reset skill using neuralizer 
Plz help !!
Tried everything asked ppl around no help !!

Are you still having the issue Raudi? You may want to change the map in case it is not working on the current.

wow .. it worked .. i tried to do it in izlude .. it worked .. !!!
Well so there it is .. Skill Reset bug for neuralizer in Prontera map ...
please fix it !!!
and move to confirmed bug section !!

They probably blocked prontera to avoid some kind of exploit.
The should just add to the item text "prontera not allowed"
