hi so ive got ONE 2k wpe code and ONE 3k wpe code, as i try to redeem them, nothing happen. my friend said its my browser, but it isnt, because i try redeeming it using my phone and it still wouldnt work

Yes, the staff has been informed of this issue ( Another Discussion ) Please be patient while it gets resolved.

Update from the staff:

Unfortunately, there is no ETA for a fix, users are kindly asked to use other available payment options when attempting a purchase. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Affected payment options so far:

Asia Pay

PayEasy

MOL

 

WP Gift Cards option is also affected.

Some payment options are now back up, see this post.

Reports also state WP Codes are working again, still looking for a follow up on the rest of the issues.
