The Description is Clear ... it should be 24% cast delay Reduction

 

i dont know if they  need to fix this..

Description says 2% for every 20 points of Int AND Dex.

 

Looking at it, it is incorrect for giving 1% for every 20 points of Int or Dex but it is incorrect in your favor.

All you need to put is a "," before the "and", so its " every 20 base Int, and Dex"......not too much issue there.

coz i think the keyword here is 'and' not 'or'

Not neccessarily. Maybe it was intended for those who invest in both stats only. So that if you have, for example, 120 DEX and 40 INT you'll receive only 2% reduction! Maybe it's intended to balance low level WLs or RKs or whatevers...

surveyor., you guys and gals willing sacrifice rideword or vanagard hat just for the damage burst on NCT? my opinion is i go for rideword/vana coz SP is much precious than damage and it is not time limit quest?. just an opinion dont mad guys and gals XD

Bro. Flapping gives +50% Damage and +50% Damage Reduc at NCT mobs. Im willing to ditch out rwh and vanarg. Still i can used EDA and Thana weapons to leech hp and sp. Mali Set is your friend too. Thanks!

I think that's correct, except you changed 2% to 1%? Isn't this should be same description as Mob Scarf?

50% physical and magical damage boost and 50% incoming damage reduction for both magic and physical without elemental penalties is too good to be true
