Gotta let someone test first, to be honest i dont want to buy overpriced Trash,,.
However few things i can tell you, even if i dont play my gene anymore
150 Str from 2x Megingjards provides +150 status atk, +75% base weapon atk, the higher the more you get and 20% damage to Boss
while finalizing attack formula it always be (total of StatusATK × 2) + sum of WeaponATK + ExtraATK + MasteryATK + BuffATK
not mention we are here comparing Lv 3 Weapon Giant Axe vs Lv 4 Weapon Hurricane Fury .
maybe Ashuckel-senpie can tell you more

I honestly don't see it as good for Genetics, be it for CC or AB.
There are way better options like FLP and Sapphire already. 50 e.attack is nothing to shout about since the implementation of crimson weapons where we can easily reach 1k+ e.attack.

Question is whether giant's protection provides enough DPS boost (15% boss damage) to allow giant's axe (e.g. +15 giant axe EA10 - level 3 weapon) to surpass hurricane fury (e.g. +14 hurricane fury EA10 - level 4 weapon).

Try Dr. Azzy Genetic Calculator or use Mr. Nirvanna Generic calculator to calculate the damage results

Dr. Azzy calculator - is it still valid and not outdated?
Nirvanna's calculator - doesn't seem to include acid bomb as a skill from the drop-down menu
Anyway I am sure lots of people are interested in the answer.

Dr. Azzy Calculator still Valid except for the CHB/OMW part which you need to calculate CC skill damage modifier manually

R.I.P. Hurricane Fury and Megingjard for genetics?
I don't see this being more OP then Megs.
Megs also have hidden stats like:
if str is 120, +%10 vs boss
or for every 5 base lvl str+1

Below comparison based on Dr. Azzy's calculator:
STATS: 120 STR, 120 INT, 120 DEX, 1 AGI, 1 LUK, 1 VIT
+16 Giant Axe (330 WATK) (Level 3 weapon) EA12 (24% ranged damage) AK card (25% boss damage)
+15 Hurricane Fury (332 WATK) (Level 4 weapon) EA12 (24% ranged damage) AK card (25% boss damage)
Giant's Protection (50 ATK) (5% ATK) (15% boss damage with giant axe but not hurricane fury) GS card (20 ATK)
Fairy Leaf Powder (7% ranged damage) (10% ranged damage with FAW EA4/2/1) GS card (20 ATK)
+16 Giant Axe EA12 AK card + Giant's Protection + Fairy Leaf Powder
CC (Min) = 24176, CC (Avg) = 26168, CC (Max) = 28159
AB (Min) = 2256, AB (Avg) = 2542, AB (Max) = 2827
+15 Hurricane Fury EA12 AK card + Giant's Protection + Fairy Leaf Powder
CC (Min) = 22947, CC (Avg) = 25694, CC (Max) = 28440
AB (Min) = 2148, AB (Avg) = 2578, AB (Max) = 3007
Conclusion
CC: Giant Axe (superior) > Hurricane Fury (inferior)
AB: Giant Axe (higher min damage) ~ Hurricane Fury (higher max damage)
I am not an expert so please correct if any errors in calculation

I did some calculation myself +15 HF EA12 + 2megs are still the highest dps output.
If no megs, Sapph + FLP is still the highest dps, at least for me.

That's together with the EA1/2 combo you're getting from a FAW right?
