Since my imperial spear is +12, we should be seeing a 42% increase, which would be from 25k to 35k~. 

Right now we are seeing an 8% increase

 

Please fix this..

 

 

i've already tested Hero plate (+10%) in place of it, which does more damage. So this ring is boosting VP by under "10%" regardless of what diminishing returns may be
