Where are the NPCs to change clothing colour and hairstyle (I wanna aura hair, but blond)? And what I need to do these things?

There's someone in alberta, next to kafra, that will let you change your hairstyle to the lighthalzen cuts for a hairstyle coupon. I don't know about clothes but there's an omnistyle coupon in the kafra shop, and I've seen a pink assassin, so I assume it's around somewhere.

The clothing dye NPC should be in Prontera. From the central spawn point in pront, walk north west to the road, there should be a house at the end of the short road with 3 portals. One of them should have the dye NPC in there. http://irowiki.org/wiki/Clothes_Dye

I am thinking about changing clothing color but it seems there is no thread where I can see the outcome. I just read every char needs to walk to the npc and can see how it would look. But I don't even have that class and want to make my hair style and color fitting to the clothing color. Is there a thread/whatever where I can see all the colors available?

As far as I remember, you can check the palettes for every class at the NPC.

It doesn't have all the headgears and costumes but they have the jobs/hairstyles/hair colours/clothes.
