Is iW DB correct in saying that Beelze Wing is now account bound? 
I haven't opened a box in a couple of months now, last I knew they were char bound.

it is a rental usable item (not equip) that will last for a week when opened. it works just like a fly wing. please note that it is character bound so be very careful when opening one. the last time I opened one was like maybe a month ago I dont know if they changed it to make it transferable
