so i saw theirs already a locked topic about this but its a month old with no new updates so im a post about this issue

 

so my friend cant buy vip or such because they wont verify her account. shes been to my house and ive helped her send in 2 rt tickets over the course of a week. not a single email has been sent to her. she tried making a support account to check but everytime we try this the screen just reloads with no errors as to what we did wrong or what we did right. no emails confirming a made support account no emails from the gm team. just the fact we sent a ticket with her email and nothing else.

 

so can a GM member verify her? or atleast send some updated news her way. its been 2 weeks now without a single response.

Hello Renarain,

 

Do you have the ticket number? If yes, please send me the ticket number in a private message.

If there is no confirmation about a ticket in email (check junk/spam folders!) then it is likely the ticket was not submitted at all.

 

As for creating a support account, please advice your friend to follow the guide below:

The username chosen for the support account must be new, using the game ID for the support account may not work.

If the issue persists switch to another web browser, have the adblock disabled if applicable then try again.

shes not getting an email at all, we tried it on various browsers and computers, as admin, without pop up blocker etc. even on my phone. we tried creating support accounts too but when the infos all filled in the page just reloads itself with all the fields empty. we have tried multiple usernames even just button mashing.

 

checked all email types of junk, inbox and others? yes

ticket number or email from support? no

followed that guide? yes

 

so sure it sounds like the ticket was never sent.

 

however the issue here isn't even the ticket itself. its that we cant get past the registration page to submit the ticket properly.

What is their email service provider (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc..)?

Let's try this one more time and skip support account registration.

 

Send a ticket directly from this link to Payment Support. Plug in account details as is.

Make sure adblock and any apps that hook themselves to browsers are off. When all done click on next at the bottom of the page, then choose to send the ticket through the confirm button. It is a step away from sending a ticket so make sure it states clearly the ticket was sent, the ticket number should also display on the web page.
