If running a crti build like 2  daggers what cards would do more dmg, lets say 2 aunoe cards 20% more critical dmg vs 2 racial cards 20% more damage on demihumans

 

 

also Ice pick in offhand? yes? no?  i remember back in old days it was the best weapon for offhand but now in renewal it changed so i dont know if it will add extra attack in offhand

Ice pick is still good but situational as you'd be better off using more cards on low def enemies. 

 

For crit builds, ironically, the Aunoe is a poor choice because you can stack so much crit % from other sources that you'd get more damage from racial/AK/atk% cards. 

 

Aunoe in general is a bad idea, as the only time it's better than say an AK or racial card is when you have a very poor setup to begin with.
