Looks like someone got hurt let me rephrase my earlier comment

 

Running faceworm on a inefficient character is pointless in my opinion coz you get rewards based on how quickly you finish the instance(at least most of the times). So using a class that cannot clear the instance quickly is not worth the investment you will be putting into it.

you dont need overall good clear speed, just each stage clear speed. But even then, its still up to rng.

If he wants a good enchanted garment, then go for highest DPS classes.

if he just want to collect garments to trade for EMB or to have fun, then any class will do. even super novice.

I've been planning on trying out FW instance on my Dex/Str SC as he can utilize both sword(for 1 on1 fights with MvPs via Backstab) and bow(Severe Rainstorm for clearing out mobs). If it turns out great I'll try to upload a vid but that won't be anytime soon

i did more than 100k dmg per triangle shot to (bugged) FW queen. Rainstorm to clear mob. SC is pretty good choice here.

oh sorry guys i just want to test my RK DB on face worm it is only 138 so i try to ask the equips needed if it is working on DB ., just preparing some equips.
on SC part well i only want to practice on SChaser killing method on instances
so eggshell and engkanto not working in dragon breath? what hat u all use?non Tao me
what SC equips you all use?bow or shield?

for DB, you need something to add HP/SP (turkey), or cast delay (midgard serpent, heart wing headband)

for SC. magic, bow and melee is good to clear this instance.

Just try it. Experience is the best teacher rather than asking and contemplating here on the forum. DB RK is not the best instance runner and afaik 140 is the required level on that instance and the recommended is 150+ depending on what class and gears you have.

11mins on gx and still got trash-enchant-gfss

Did 10mins on GX and still trash enchant. My 15-16 pure stats GFSS normall comes at 11-13mins mark. 

 

Finishing it faster does give you higher chance of a high refine, enchant wise I'm not so sure. My friend did 18mins and still ended with a Vit15 GFSS[1].

 

Anyway for DB RK, just use your normal eq either high HP/SP gears or aftercast gears. I don't recommend going in at 140+ using DB RK, even with 175 RK with 77% aftercast (No Kiel, No Tao) it still takes around late 20s - 30mins+ run. Other people can probably do faster, I only tested it whenever I got an upgrade in my gears (new aftercast gears, dex abusive etc) and it still takes more than 20mins.

 

Swap to spell break (silversmith) for Queen to make it faster.

 

GX and Gene can complete in half or less than half the time.

 

IIRC double Kiel and Tao-ed RK still takes around 12-13mins or 15mins to complete FW.

Went with RK (have tao, kielX2 and gtb) about a year go, when be4 all these OCP gears. I used rebel Binding trap to help kill the queen. Best was 13-14mins

 

for efficient, gx is defly the fastest; for invest & return, gx is defly the cheapest
