I deleted one of my characters to creat a new one but after out was deleted the empty space want there. I haven't played in a few years, are we not able to do that anymore? The character slot I deleted had the words vip service.

Hello hammie, if you delete a character, the remaining characters "scroll left" and replace the slot you just deleted, you should notice a new empty slot if you scroll to the right through your characters.

I scrolled through multiple times but didn't see a empty slot. I had 13 but now it's only 12. Unless 12 is all you are allowed?

it means you need VIP service on to be able to create a character on that slot.

maximum you can create per account is 12. if you want more characters on that account, you will have to create new characters on another account and pay for character account transfer.
