Just come back to iRO and my id got suspended for a long time ago ( don't remember why)

point is

if i use transfer character function can i transfer my char on suspended ID to new ID in same warpportal account ?

didn't want to try transfer and waste my money for free

This is likely not possible.

Please submit a ticket to the GM staff about status of the account, include if there is any chance to lift the suspension.
