Hello, I'm currently doing the pre requisite quests for the Royal Banquet as shown here:

I'm currently in Step 3.6 where I have to meet the Geoborg Family, but no one is in the room.  And I can't seem to continue any further.

 

Any help in the issue would be greatly appreciated =)
