Recently got the 30 Day VIP 1500 Points package in WP, got VIP in game, but no Points

 

Tried logging off then back on, still 0 balance in game, but it shows 1500 points balance on WarpPortal account information.

Hello! Do you use Steam or stand-alone client? When did you get the package?

I use the stand-alone client, I got the package a few hours ago.

you sure your logging into the correct account?

Are you clicking on the Cash Shop icon? or using keyboard shortcut? Try clicking on the Icon, sometimes it doesn't update until you do.

 

Are you certain you loaded the points and VIP to the correct account AND server?

Hi! Please make sure you are logging into the correct game as I see the purchase was made on your RESTART account. Also it may help to verify that you are clicking on the item mall button. Users have reported issues with points not properly showing when the short cut is used.

Are you clicking on the Cash Shop icon? or using keyboard shortcut? Try clicking on the Icon, sometimes it doesn't update until you do.

 

This fixed the issue, I was using a keyboard shortcut, but clicking the icon shows the KP.
