I think it'd be a good idea to put in items such as the witch pumpkin hat / fish in mouth to stimulate pvm play.

WoE whites are out of range the price range of players starting out unless they use the cash shop (and some will!) 

 

A lot of people are complaining about the high price of pvming, so this would help solve it as well as giving a little use to zeny.

+1 but honestly i just wish they would increase healing items in general atleast for lower level players. Its nearly impossible to get my friends. I mean i see -_- dual clienting 2 priests. But it makes sense never pay for heals and buffs and never worry about sp.

Fish in mouth good...pumpkin hat...It seems to me that this will not do the server any good, it triggers more the inflation of the prices.

It wouldn't trigger inflation because zeny would be leaving the market.

Skip the Witch's Pumpkin Hat. I can't stress enough how good the new +7 Octopus hat is. I have no idea why people are selling it for so cheap, but I find it to be my new all time favorite item in this game. I've stop buying ranked slims since this head gear got release. It's so easy to gear switch plus it heals so much better than ranked slims. It's even better if you stack it with the skelly pet. I personally think that it's amazing with or without the skelly pet.

 

Tip: Use an alt to mail yourself fresh fish while doing instances. You'll never run out of fresh fishes nor do you have to go back to town to get more fresh fishes. If you're rich, you can use the kafra card to instantly access your storage as well.
