I was wondering where to get Spirit King's Ring? I can't find it in irowiki and it doesn't mention it on the DB.

Google doesn't come up with anything either...

 

Really appreciate if someone can shed light on how to make it/hunt for it.

It's an Overseas Care Package item (IIRC, OCP I, OPC II or OCP III), so, unless they release it again in another OCP, or make a fire sale of these packs, you can only get it from other players.
